Michele was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee and realized from a very young age that she enjoyed writing. She developed a love for both reading and writing poetry, and she also wrote for her school newspapers from elementary through college. She studied Communications at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Michele continued to write after college, but concentrated on volunteer work and raising her family until March 2013 when she published Rose, On Her Own. Then, in December 2013, she published the sequel to Rose, What Storms May Come. She is thrilled to finally be living her dreams and has several other publications already in the works for the near future. Michele is the mother of four grown children, Jessica, Josiah, Jordan and Justin, and lives in Huntsville, Alabama with her husband, Joel.
